General fit:

The baby-ribbed cotton t-shirts and tank tops fit snug.
Jersey knit (regular non-elastic t-shirt material) is a standard fit.
All Fruit of the Loom Men's shirts are regular sizes and fit as expected.
Size example:

WishSheWasAMonkey (pictured above) is a perfect MEDIUM and is pictured wearing MEDIUM t-shirts and tank top.

Helpful hints for women buying their first "boy undies":

Boxer briefs are very stretchy, and very comfy. Because they are so stretchy, you can follow the above chart to find your size because they are forgiving garments that give you some leeway.
Size example:

WishSheWasAMonkey at 5'4", 115 lbs, and narrow hips, normally wears jeans Size 6 -- comfortably wears BOYS MEDIUM boxer briefs.

WishSheWasAMonkey -- after lots of pizza and ice cream -- at 125 lbs and not-so-narrow hips, still wears BOYS MEDIUM, but they are a little snug at the thigh and BOYS LARGE would probably make her less grumpy.

After working out a lot, WishSheWasAMonkey has narrow waist again but muscular thighs and must wear BOYS LARGE. As teen boys do not actually have thighs, women who have been riding their bicycles all summer and have strong, powerful legs may find the legs snug on the Youth/Boy sizes. They will stretch to be more accommodating, but choose your undies with this in mind.
